Dr. Rosemary Skordoulis

Dr. Rosemary Skordoulis is a living example of her coaching and consultancy principles and values: the power of transformation through constantly redefining identity and purpose on a personal and professional level. She really walks the talk having devoted her life to embracing creative change, happily blending the old with the new identities, respecting human freedom and dreams, and continuously developing personally and professionally, not only herself but also her loved ones, students, staff, colleagues and clients.
She holds a PhD in Management, specializing in Strategic Change Management, from the University of Aberdeen of Scotland, a Master of Science Degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research Methods from the same University. She also holds a Degree of Master of Arts in TESL (methodology in Teaching English as a Second Language) from the American University of Vermont and a Degree of Diploma of English Studies in English Literature and Culture from the University of Cambridge. During her career, she has taught Business, Economics, Strategic and Human Resources Management, and English as Second Language, and she has trained lecturers in their respective disciplines in undergraduate and postgraduate University programmes at the University of Vermont, University of Aberdeen, University of East London and London Metropolitan University. She has served as College Principal, Academic Leader and Director of Studies in public and private educational institutions in the UK and Greece.
She is a member of the following professional associations: Association of Business Schools (UK), CMI Fellow, British Academy of Management, European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management, EGOS, Academy of Management, TESOL. She is also an External Examiner and Educational Consultant for various British Universities and HE Colleges. She has published articles and papers in the field of Business and Management, and e-Learning. Her research interests include implementation of Strategic / Change Management (Identity Remodeling), Organizational Behavior / Psychology, HRM (Human Capital Development), Philosophy of Management, FE / HE / Executive Education Change, Leadership & Management Trends and Methods, Management Discourse/Narratives and current trends in CBT/Life coaching.
Currently, she is blending all of the above experience in her private practice as an Executive Coach/Change Management Consultant assisting individuals and organizations to transform their identity and rediscover true purpose through her framework IDeConstruct ©.

OUR HISTORY
Organikon Ltd. was initially founded in 2014, by Dr. Rosemary Skordoulis, an academic, leader, management consultant and born-again executive coach, in order to provide change management consultancy and training services to individuals and organizations. Since then, she has grown the company to include a team of external professional coaches and business experts who collaborate on demand towards the success of a client’s project each in their own area of expertise.
The company’s main approach focuses on facilitating the manifestation of true identity and purpose in the quest of individuals and organizations for continuous performance and engagement development on the backdrop of an ever-changing world. The choice of the name of the company, Organikon, derives from Aristotle’s use of the term in the sense of 'serving as an instrument to the soul'. This 'instrumental body' that is inseparably connected with the soul of an individual or organization is the seat of identity/mindset, which significantly influences the parts of the visible body, i.e. people’s performance and engagement, based on individual or organizational mindset.

Personalized business, life coaching/mentoring, CBT and change management services are provided in confidence by Dr. Rosemary Skordoulis, who is also a certified CBT/Life Coach fully accredited by the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association and NASBA. Through her boutique company, Organikon, she enjoys the challenge of helping value adding to engaging people and organizations that define, create, and execute purpose by differentiating their identity organically.
She uses her unique framework, IDeConstruct ©, to help functions within individuals and across the organization become strategically self-aware, creative and aligned in executing long-term plans at personal and organizational level. The cornerstone of her consulting, change management mentoring and executive coaching work is her advocacy of an honest, person-centred and customized approach to the development needs in co-creation with her unique clients.
Her niche specialization (and what makes her tick) lies in cognitively redefining executives, education institutions, social enterprises, career orientation, business start-ups and emerging growth companies. She designs and develops creative and innovative coaching and CBT courses, simulations, and keynote presentations to train and transform identities.
She is a highly effective presenter and facilitator, and enjoys creating bespoke solutions, inspiring executives and senior teams, defining strategic direction from the individual level to the corporate and business-unit level, and motivating teams that are faced with engagement challenges and conflict issues in managing creative people.
